ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ

Twin Lights Lighthouse, built in 1862, sits 200 feet above sea level in the Navesink Highlands. HMR conducted an exterior restoration which included replacement of improperly installed roof flashings and repointing of brownstone masonry and clay masonry chimneys. At both lens houses, HMR completed restoration of the copper roofs and glazing systems. The existing epoxy deck was removed and replaced with flat seam lead-coated copper roofing.
