Designed in 1823 by noted Princeton architect Charles Steadman, and altered in the 1900s with Colonial Revival details, Palmer House serves as Princeton University’s guest house. Alterations and interior renovations included the upgrading of finishes and selection of new furnishings. Reconfiguration of the lower first floor provided for accessible entry and installation of a commercial kitchen.
